1. Nature of the Programme
The Bharosa 90-Day Stress & Anxiety Programme ("the Programme") is a structured mental wellness programme designed to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, overthinking, and mild depression. The Programme is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of licensed medical professionals under the clinical supervision of qualified psychiatrists.
The Programme is:
- An outpatient programme — it does not involve hospitalisation or inpatient care
- A structured support programme — not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or treatment of severe mental health disorders
- Available online and offline — online consultations are conducted via secure video calls and messaging platforms
2. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
The Programme is not designed to address:
- Suicidal ideation or thoughts of self-harm
- Active psychosis or schizophrenia
- Severe clinical depression requiring hospitalisation
- Bipolar disorder during manic or severe depressive episodes
- Substance abuse or addiction requiring detoxification
- Any condition requiring immediate medical or psychiatric intervention
If during the course of the Programme your care team determines that your condition requires a higher level of care, they will advise you accordingly and help facilitate appropriate referrals.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While the Programme is based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, nutritional psychiatry, and holistic wellness practices), individual results may vary. Factors that influence outcomes include:
- The nature and severity of the individual's condition
- Adherence to the treatment plan, therapy sessions, and dietary recommendations
- Individual biological, genetic, and environmental factors
- Co-morbid physical or mental health conditions
- Medication response (where prescribed)
- Personal commitment and engagement with the programme activities
Bharosa does not guarantee that every patient will achieve complete resolution of their symptoms within 90 days. The Programme is designed to provide structured support and tools for managing stress and anxiety — but healing is a personal journey that varies for each individual.
4. Medication
Medication may or may not be prescribed as part of the Programme, based entirely on the clinical judgement of the attending psychiatrist. Important points:
- Medication is prescribed only when clinically necessary — many patients manage without medication through therapy and lifestyle changes alone
- All medication decisions are made by qualified, licensed psychiatrists
- You should never start, stop, or modify any medication without consulting your psychiatrist
- If you experience any adverse side effects from prescribed medication, contact your care team immediately
- Inform your care team about all current medications, supplements, and herbal remedies you are taking
5. Website Information
The information provided on this website (renew.bharosahospitals.com) is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The health statistics, symptoms, and condition descriptions on this website are general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation
- Reading the information on this website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice specific to your health condition
- Do not delay seeking medical advice or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this website
6. Online Consultations
The Programme offers online consultations via video calls and messaging. While online consultations are a legitimate and effective mode of healthcare delivery, please note:
- Online consultations may have limitations compared to in-person evaluations — certain physical examinations or assessments may not be possible remotely
- Technical issues (internet connectivity, audio/video quality) may occasionally affect the consultation experience
- The care team will advise an in-person visit if they determine that an online consultation is insufficient for your needs
- You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet environment for online sessions to protect your own confidentiality
7. Dietary & Nutritional Advice
The personalised diet chart provided as part of the Programme is designed to support mental wellness through the gut-brain connection. Please note:
- Dietary recommendations are supplementary to your clinical treatment — they are not a standalone treatment for mental health conditions
- If you have food allergies, intolerances, or specific medical dietary requirements (e.g., for diabetes, kidney disease), inform your nutritionist before starting the diet plan
- The diet plan is personalised but may need adjustments — communicate any difficulties or reactions to your care team
8. Book Disclaimer
The book "Peace of Mind Formula" by Dr. Uday Kiran, provided free to enrollees, is intended as an educational and self-help resource. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The techniques and information in the book should be used in conjunction with — not as a replacement for — the clinical care provided by your Programme care team.
9. Testimonials
Any patient testimonials displayed on this website represent individual experiences and outcomes. They are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. Each patient's response to the Programme depends on their unique circumstances, as outlined in Section 3 above.
