Last updated: 20 March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at renew.bharosahospitals.com ("the Website") or enrolling in the Bharosa 90-Day Stress & Anxiety Programme ("the Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or enrol in the Programme.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bharosa Neuro Psychiatric Hospitals ("Bharosa", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered healthcare facility based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Eligibility
- The Programme is available to individuals aged 12 years and above.
- Individuals under the age of 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian to enrol.
- The Programme is designed for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, overthinking, mild depression, and related conditions that do not require emergency psychiatric intervention or hospitalisation.
- Eligibility for the Programme is determined during the initial psychiatric assessment. Bharosa reserves the right to decline enrolment or recommend alternative treatment if the assessing psychiatrist determines that the Programme is not appropriate for the individual's condition.
3. Programme Description
The 90-Day Programme includes the following services, subject to the clinical assessment of the attending care team:
- Initial psychiatric consultation (online or offline)
- Assignment of a dedicated multidisciplinary care team: psychiatrist, psychologist, nutritionist/dietitian, general physician, and programme manager
- Up to 4 psychologist therapy sessions per month (12 sessions over 3 months), conducted online
- Personalised 90-day diet chart prepared by the nutritionist
- Physical health assessment and management of co-morbid conditions by the general physician
- Daily monitoring through a dedicated group managed by the programme manager
- Weekly progress assessments
- One complimentary copy of "Peace of Mind Formula" by Dr. Uday Kiran
- Post-programme follow-up guidance
The specific services provided may vary based on individual clinical needs as determined by the care team.
4. Free Consultation
The initial consultation offered through the Website is free of charge and carries no obligation to enrol in the Programme. The purpose of the free consultation is to understand your concerns and determine whether the Programme is a suitable option for you.
Submitting the consultation form on the Website constitutes a request for a callback. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours (during business hours) to schedule the consultation.
5. Fees & Payment
- The Programme fee ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 for the full 3-month duration. The exact fee will be communicated to you during or after the initial consultation and will depend on the scope of services required.
- Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of enrolment.
- Fees are non-refundable once the Programme has commenced, except as described in Section 6 below.
- Bharosa reserves the right to revise Programme fees. Any changes will not affect patients who have already enrolled at a previously agreed fee.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Before Programme commencement: You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund if you cancel before your first therapy session or within 7 days of enrolment, whichever comes first.
- After Programme commencement: If you wish to discontinue the Programme after it has started, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund will be prorated based on the services already delivered.
- Clinical discontinuation: If the care team determines during the Programme that your condition requires a different level of care (e.g., hospitalisation or specialised treatment), the Programme may be discontinued and an appropriate refund will be issued.
7. Patient Responsibilities
